I discovered kinesiology while living in Sydney, where it is a popular holistic therapy. Over the past 9 years, I’ve used kinesiology to support my wellness and that of my children in so many ways – from identifying food intolerances and bringing about relief from physical symptoms, to supporting life changes and working in a far more profound, non-physical way.
As a kinesiology client, I have frequently entered a treatment feeling overwhelmed, but I have always left with a deep sense of balance and inner peace. As a practitioner, I now thoroughly enjoy seeing the amazing benefits kinesiology brings my clients.

What is Kinesiology?
Kinesiology uses gentle muscle testing to access information about your wellbeing. Developed in the 1960’s by a team of doctors, it combines Western techniques and Eastern wisdom to promote physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.
Kinesiolgy is powerful because it looks at interactions between your physical symptoms such as ongoing injury or physical pain; lifestyle factors such as stress or poor sleep quality; possible chemical factors – such as food intolerance, or the need for additional nutritional support; and how these combined factors impact on your body’s ability to function optimally.
The root cause of your symptoms is addressed on multiple levels using a variety of methods including neuro-lymphatic massage, emotional stress release and EFT. Post-treatment advice may include relaxation techniques, lifestyle changes and nutritional supplementation to support the biochemistry of the body.
