Come along and leave the world outside; gently let go of the stresses and strains of your daily life; allow yourself a window of time for self-care, release and nurturing in the capable and caring hands of Alice.

Tailored to you

After completing the client questionnaire, we talk it through and you can ask any questions.

Our conversation, in addition to gentle muscle testing, will inform the basis of the session. 

1. Discovery

Finding out how you are feeling physically and emotionally is always the first step. 

2. Test

Muscle testing is used to find where your challenges lie at the emotional, physical, chemical and energetic levels.

3. Release

Techniques including massage, chinese acupressure points, EFT & emotional stress release are used to relieve pressure and stresses.

4. Balance

The final part of the session focuses on relaxation and grounding techniques to restore balance.

Stress release

Stress causes issues at all levels of wellness. Physically, stress has been attributed to headaches, muscle tension, chest pain, fatigue, stomach upset, poor immune function and sleep problems. Stress can effect your mood, causing anxiety, restlessness, lack of motivation or focus, sadness, feeling overwhelmed and irritability.  Coping mechanisms include over or under eating, increased alcohol consumption, social withdrawal, and exercising less often. Kinesiology uses techniques and protocols to support emotional, physical and mental impacts of stress. Alice works with clients who are seeking to release ongoing or current stress originating from work, family or life events and transitions. 

Digestive system

Sugar cravings, bloating, constipation, indigestion, loose stools, and stomach tenderness can all be signs of a digestive system which needs support. Imbalances in gut bacteria, or overgrowth of fungi, or parasites will all impact the ability of your body to digest, absorb and utilise nutrients from the food you eat. An inflamed digestive system may need to take a break from irritating foods, and food intolerance testing can easily identify these. Issues with gut health can impact on so many areas of well being including sleep quality, energy levels, skin health and emotional stability. Alice has knowledge in this area gained from study, her own personal experience, and also an 8 year journey to digestive health, for one of her children. 

Release of limiting beliefs

Limiting beliefs, are the self doubt and sabotaging patterns that you have placed on yourself , they act as a block for you to achieve what you want. Not feeling good enough for a promotion, not going freelance because of your fear of failure, thinking that the person you find attractive, could never look at you, are all examples of limiting beliefs. We all have them, and many of them are subconscious patterns we live with day in and day out. They become an issue when you seek growth in one way or another, but you find that your self-beliefs are holding you back from making the changes you want to.  Kinesiology is an effective tool when used alone, or in conjunction with, coaching to undertake root cause analysis and release of limiting beliefs.

Emotional support

Emotional support is a fundamental part of a kinesiology session . So when you are undergoing challenges at a personal or psychological level, a therapeutic session may be just the thing to bring relief and to restore balance.

In times of need, Kinesiology can be a ‘massage for your soul’.

Future Sessions

Just as we are all unique, the way you use kinesiology is absolutely unique to you. As your practitioner, it is my pleasure to work with you, and be guided by you, wherever you are at.

For some clients, one session is all they need; some come for regular support through a difficult time, others like to check in every few months for a little self-care and balance. For ongoing support, sessions may be beneficial at around 4 week intervals.

Session pricing

First session (new client)


Consultation followed by your tailored session. Understanding where your challenges lie, and your goals for your health and wellness. Working with your body to bring relief and restore balance. 

Allow 75 – 90 minutes.

Kinesiology Session 


Working with whatever your priority is on the day (physical, nutritional, emotional etc.) to bring relief and restore balance. 

Allow 50 – 60 minutes.

Child (under 18)


A session tailored to your child. If beneficial, Alice is happy to discuss any details with the parent beforehand.

45 – 60 minutes.
